2016 Hospital Bond Project Review Program

The Hospital Bond Project Review Program is a process to allocate state funds to private hospital capital projects.

Each hospital project undergoes an application and screening process and then a scoring and ranking process by a committee composed of hospital trustees and executives from around the state.

The 2016 Hospital Bond Project Review Program application was mailed to hospital CEOs March 24. Application materials also can be accessed by downloading the files listed below.

Hospitals applying for funding under this program must request the appropriate approvals/exemptions from both the Maryland Health Care Commission and the Health Services Cost Review Commission no later than Friday, April 29. The completed application must be submitted to MHA no later than Friday, June 17.
