The Hospital Bond Program is a process to allocate state funds to private hospital capital projects.
Each hospital project undergoes an application and screening process and then a scoring and ranking process by a committee composed of hospital trustees and executives from across the state.
The application forms will be completed and submitted electronically through hospital specific SharePoint sites Application materials can be accessed by downloading the files listed below.
Hospitals applying for funding under this program must request the appropriate approvals/exemptions from both the Maryland Health Care Commission and the Health Services Cost Review Commission no later than Friday, April 28. The completed application must be submitted to MHA no later than Friday, June 16.
