Kathleen Imhoff

Kathleen leads governance and membership activities for MHA. Working with MHA’s senior leaders, she plans and directs operational aspects of the association’s governing bodies including: the Board of Trustees, Executive Committee of the Board, and other executive-level committees and policy-making councils. In addition to her governance role, Kathleen is the Executive Assistant to the President & CEO. Prior to joining MHA in 2011, Kathleen spent nearly 25 years working in corporate and government affairs, including positions at Philip Morris Companies, Inc. and the U.S. Department of Commerce. In addition, Kathleen held staff positions during the Reagan Administration with Vice-President George H.W. Bush and Rudolph W. Giuliani at the U.S. Department of Justice.
