Medicaid Coverage Renewal
Medicaid coverage renewals are not automatic; you must check-in to renew coverage. The Maryland Hospital Association and its members have joined with the Maryland Department of Health, the Maryland Health Connection, and other state agencies to encourage Medicaid participants to update their information and generate awareness of the redetermination process through the Medicaid Check-In campaign.
Ways To Check-In
If you are a patient on Medicaid, you can easily check-in by doing one of the following.
- Update your address, phone number, and email online at MarylandHealthConnection.gov
- Call Maryland Health Connection at 855-642-8572. Help is available in more than 200 languages. Deaf and hard of hearing use Relay service.
- Visit your local Department of Social Services or your local health department.
