2020 Hospital Bond Program
The Hospital Bond Program is a process to allocate state funds to private hospital capital projects.
Each hospital project undergoes an application and screening process and then a scoring and ranking process by a committee composed of hospital trustees and executives from across the state.
The Hospital Bond Program provides an opportunity to apply for state allocated funding to complete private capital projects. Hospitals applying for funding under this program must request the appropriate approvals/ exemptions from both the Maryland Health Care Commission and Health Services Cost Review Commission no later than Monday, May 11.
Applications will be accepted from April 24 to July 2. Application documents and resources, including the scoring and selection guidelines, are available on MHA’s SharePoint site.
