Maryland Hospital Association Political Action Committee

Be a Leader

Leaders are distinguished by their engagement in advocacy. Your participation in MHA’s Political Action Committee supports elected officials who care about our priorities and gives hospital leaders the opportunity to share their knowledge of these complex issues.

If hospital leaders do not step forward and voice their perspective, what will the future look like? Whether you’re a hospital executive, a practitioner or a trustee, don’t let your voice go unheard in Washington or in Annapolis.

Be Innovative

The Maryland Hospital Association is leading advocacy efforts that support our hospitals and allied professionals by addressing complex issues and policies with innovative and effective responses.

Be Vocal

Hospital leaders and health care professionals—your voice matters! The national trend toward global budgeting, delivery system reform and population health management could shape health policy for decades to come. This is an unwritten script; elected officials, health leaders and policymakers need your help to write a narrative of positive change.

Your contributions to the PAC support advocacy programs that:

  • Support for Maryland’s Total Cost of Care Model
  • Investments in Maryland’s health care workforce
  • Medical liability reform
