This holiday season, many of us will have an opportunity to slow down, spend time with family, recharge—and reflect on the year that has passed and the one that is just around the corner.

We’ll carry forward the momentum of 2023—a year when we leveraged your greatest strength—unity—to continue to advance health and health equity, to resolve hospital throughput challenges, and to forge the next iteration of the Maryland Model.

We are grateful for all you do to protect and care for your communities, and we’re honored that you trust us to advocate on behalf of your mission of care.

We also look forward to a new chapter under the leadership of our incoming President & CEO, Melony G. Griffith. As she assumes her role this week, we are excited for her fresh perspective and innovative approach to guide us forward with excellence and collaboration.
